GAS INSPECTOR
Sec. 1.
The Board of Selectmen shall appoint for a term of three (3) years, an Inspector of Gas Piping and Gas Appliances in buildings. The Gas Inspector must be a licensed plumber or licensed gas fitter. The duties of the Gas Inspector shall be the enforcement of the rules and regulations adopted by the State Board as provided for in Chapter 25, Section 12H of the General Laws.
