Athletic Field Usage Request

All organized events at town fields and Hanson school athletic fields are scheduled through the Hanson Parks and Field committee. Town youth sport organizations will take precedence over other organizations. Email your request to wclay@walker-clay.com. Please indicate the name of your organization, the date wanted, start and end time of event, the purpose of the event, the field requested and finally a contact person, with phone number. Allow a minimum of one week
for request approvals.
