On motion by Mr. Vess, 2nd by Fasci, Board voted 3-0-0 to direct Chief Twomey to move ahead to seek costs for fines on Snow Street against Dias.
Mr. Nugent gave a brief summary of meeting with Water Dept. and D.O.R. today.
Discussed Class I, II, and III licensing. Mr. Vess concerned with certain businesses. Noted will soon be a Class IV and V.
Mrs. Murdoch reported on Zoning Bylaw Committee meetings and the progress being made on the Aquifer Protection Zone.
On motion by Mrs. Fasci, 2nd by Vess, Board voted 3-0-0 to approve private way list for snow plowing, 90-91.
Chief Huska discussed new schedule implemented in Fire Dept pertaining to emergency call back and unscheduled overtime - setting up a new engine company format.
Motion by Murdoch, 2nd Fasci to adjourn. Voted 4-0-0.
