Joint meeting of Board of Selectmen with Water Commissioners at
the Library Meeting Room.
Attending: Phylliss Bickford, Chair of Water Commission; Donald
Morway; Robert Andrews; Thomas Dahlberg; Ed Reed, Water
Superintendent; Joseph Frisoli, Chair of Board of Selectmen;
Charles Flynn; Catherine Kuchinski, Clerk for Board of Selectmen;
Also Present: Joseph Nugent, Executive Secretary to Board of
Selectmen; Jeff Diercks, CDM engineer; Brendan O'Regan, CDM
staff; Patrick Costello, counsel from Kopelman & Paige and David
DeLorenzo from the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).

At 7:10pm Phylliss Bickford, Water Commission Chairman called the
meeting to order. After Town Counsel Costello allayed the fears
of Mrs. Sutter for violations to Open Meeting law, Mrs. Bickford
cited MGL 39 s2(b) "to consider negotiations to acquire real
property" by asking for a roll call vote into Executive Session
with Counsel, Nugent, Reed, CDM and DEP presence also requested.
Motion made by Morway with second by Andrews. ROLL CALL VOTE:
Morway - Aye; Andrews - Aye; Bickford - Aye; Dahlberg - Aye;
Frisoli - Aye; Flynn - Aye; Kuchinski - Aye.
