Selectmen's Meeting Minutes - December 7, 1994
Selectmen Attending: Judith Murdoch, Charles Flynn, Joseph
Frisoli, Chair; and Catherine Kuchinski, Clerk.
I. Opening: Chair Frisoli called meeting to order at 7:35pm at
the Selectmen's table at W-H Regional High School auditorium.
II. December 20 for JJ's Pub License: the Chair informed the
members that upon further review of the requirements for a
license hearing that the Board should consider the December 20th
agenda item as a informal meeting to discuss license not a
hearing on the license. Motion 12/7/94.1: move that Ms. Rhoads
be invited to attend an informal discussion meeting on December
20, 1994. Motion made by Flynn with second by Murdoch. Motion
carried 4-0. The Chair also informed the members that JJ's Pub
has contacted the police station this morning and arranged for
TIPS training for 6 staff members. Motion 12/7/94.2: move to
issue the 1995 liquor license for Phyllis Rhoads dba JJ's Pub.
Motion made by Flynn with second by Murdoch. Motion carried 4-0.
II. Article One - December 7th Special Town Meeting: Chair
Frisoli looked for motion on support for the article as presented
on the warrant. Motion 12/7/94.3: move to support article one as
written. Motion made by Flynn with second by Murdoch. Motion
carried 4-0.
XIII. Adjournment: Motion 12/7/94.4: move to adjourn. Motion
made by Murdoch with second by Flynn. Motion carried 4-0.
