Present: ~Donald Howard, Stephen Amico and James Egan~ Also present Meredith Marini, Executive Assistant. ~~
11:00 a.m. Highway Surveyor, Richard Harris requested that the Board vote a Snow Emergency as the Snow and Ice Budget has been depleted.
MOTION by Amico, second by Howard to declare a snow emergency in accordance with Chapter 44, Section 31D. Voted 3 – 0
MOTION by Amico, second by Howard to adjourn. Voted 3 – 0.
