Special Town Meeting
November 13, 1995
Moderator Charles W. Mann called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. in
the auditorium of Whitman-Hanson Regional High School.
There were no tellers needed and no Town Counsel was present.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by the Town Meeting.
Catherine Kuchinski, chairperson for the 175th Anniversary, gave a
brief description of "Last night".
A quorum was declared present.
Declared a unanimous vote to waive the reading of the warrant.
In the absence of Town Clerk, Sandra E. Harris, the Assistant Town
Clerk, Barbara M. Russo, served as Town Clerk.
Article 1: To see if the Town will vote to transfer a sum of money from available Free Cash and/or transfer a sum of money from the Stabilization Fund and/or transfer the following sums of money:
1993 May ATM Art. 15, Bldg Demolition $ 3,786.74
1994 May STM Art. 12, Eminent Domain 2,271.96 1994 May ATM Art. 10, Oil Tanks 19,903.64
1994 Oct STM Art. 14, Wagon Realty Trust 5,000.00
1995 May ATM Art. 5, Line 86 Vet. Benefits 10,000.00
1995 May ATM Art. 14, CIP Space Study 10,000.00
1995 May ATM Art. 25, Self Help Group 3,500.00
to be added to the 1995 Annual Town Meeting Article 8, Winter Street Dam or take any other action in relation thereto.
