Special Town Meeting

Moderator Charles W. Mann called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m. in the auditorium of the new Middle School with James Armstrong, Kate Norris and Edward Gronlund appointed and sworn in as tellers.

Town Counsel was Anne-Marie Hyland from Kopelman and Paige.

There were 253 registered voters present at the meeting.

ARTICLE 1: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from Free Cash a sum of money to be added to the 1998 Annual Town Meeting, Article 5, Line 97, Police Other Wages or take any other action in relation thereto.
