The SHINE Program is a network of volunteer health benefit counselors who have been trained and certified by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs training staff. These counselors provide information, counseling and assistance regarding health insurance and benefit programs to elders and their family members. This service is provided in Senior Centers, Council on Aging, Area Agencies on Aging. There are SHINE counselors at the Hanson Senior Cente call 781-293-2683. Call or stop by to make an appointment.
