Winter Street between East Washington and the Hanover Town Line will be closed from 7 am to 5 pm on August 31st, September 1st, and September 2nd. Residents of this section of Winter Street and school buses only will be able to access Winter Street from the Hanover side. No Thru Traffic Will Be Allowed. This closer is needed to complete utility work. Please seek alternate routes.
Also on Thursday, September 1st paving will begin on the following roads:
Chandler Mill Road, Tavern Way, Partridge Way, Greenbrier Lane, Helen Drive, Barbara Road, and Kathy Lane.
Construction on Monponsett Street, (Rt. 58) will begin on Wednesday, August 31st. The Monponsett Street project is expected to go on throughout the fall months. Expect delays.
Please seek alternate routes when possible and remember to slow down in construction zones.
