Access: There are no established hiking trails on this parcel and access is difficult due to vegetation. The only parking is on the road near the marker on Holmes Street or around the corner on Holmes Terrace or on Hillcrest. If you do choose to visit this area, please respect the private property that surround it.

This Commission Managed property is located at the intersection of Hillcrest Road and Holmes Street and is marked by a small sign. It was named after Carolyn Ready, a well known Hanson resident who lived, and raised her family in the house that abuts the property. The tract is a small area that runs between Hillcrest Road and Phillips Street.
