LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT
The Town of Hanson requests proposals for disposition of a specific parcel of Town-owned land at 0 Liberty Street, Assessors Map 91, Lot 12-2, which was declared surplus and authorized for disposition by the October 1, 2018 Special Town Meeting.
The conveyance of this parcel is subject to the recordation of a restrictive covenant limiting the use of the property to all commercial uses, which restriction shall be effective for 30 years, subject to renewal by the Town of Hanson, and which may be waived by 2/3rds vote of the Board of Selectmen.
Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on February 10, 2020, at the Office of the Town Administrator, Town Hall, 542 Liberty Street, Hanson, MA 02341 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed proposal envelope marked "Proposal for Purchase of Town-owned Land, Assessor's Map 91,
Lot 12-2”.
