HANSON BOARD OF ASSESSORS

 PUBLIC DISCLOSURE

 The Hanson Board of Assessors conducted a comprehensive reassessment of all classes of properties in the Town of Hanson as mandated by the Mass. Department of Revenue.  The proposed Fiscal Year 2017 valuations will be available for review beginning Wednesday, September 14th, 2016 through Tuesday, September 20th, 2016 at the Assessors’ Office, Hanson Town Hall.  The office hours are as follows: Monday 8:15AM-4:45PM, Tuesday, 8:15AM- 7:45PM, Wednesday, 8:15AM-4:45PM, Thursday, 8:15AM- 4:45PM and Friday, 8:15AM- 11:45AM.  We have received notification of preliminary certification by the Mass. Department of Revenue.  The proposed valuations will also be available at the Hanson Public Library during regular business hours and are on the Town of Hanson website under Assessor’s/Property Record Cards.  Taxpayers may call the Assessor’s office with questions regarding the proposed assessments.
