Fiscal 2020 – Q3 Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills

FY 2020 third quarter Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills are due on Monday, February 3, 2020. Bills were mailed to all property owners on December 30th, and included both the February payment stub and the May stub. Taxpayers who do not escrow their taxes through their mortgage can pay by mail, pay online through the online service portal on the Town’s website, or can pay in person at Town Hall during regular business house. There is also a drop-box in front of Town Hall next to the flag post to leave payments after hours or on weekends. If paying through your personal online banking portal, please take a moment to verify that you have the correct identifying information (since bill numbers change from year to year). A permanent number is the parcel ID located near the upper left-hand corner of your bill.
