HYDRANT FLUSHING

The Water Department will begin the fall flushing program on Monday, September 27, 2021 (weather permitting).  Flushing will be between the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. and will start on High Street at the water tank, and proceed down High Street towards Holmes.  Holmes Street will also be flushed.

We would like to remind residents to avoid doing laundry during flushing hours as the water could become discolored and potentially stain laundry.  Also; please be aware that streets in the general vicinity of the flushing area could experience some discolored water even though we may not be directly on your street.   As always; we appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
