TOWN OF HANSON
TO LEASE SPACE FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITY
AT 111 LIBERTY STREET
The Town of Hanson, Massachusetts, invites sealed Proposals relative to the installation and operation of a Wireless Communication Facility at the 111 Liberty Street, Hanson, MA, 02341, Assessor’s Map 91, Parcel 26 (the “Property”), and for access thereto. The Successful Applicant shall furnish all labor, supervision, services, equipment, transportation, required materials, supplies, insurance and other resources to install its facility on the Property, including without limitation antennas, cables, an equipment cabinet or cabinets, site access improvements, and related telecommunications equipment and provision of power and telephone service to the Site. The Successful Applicant shall be responsible for avoiding to the maximum extent possible any damage to any Town property during the work. Proposals will be received by the Town of Hanson Town Administrator’s Office, Town Hall, 542 Liberty Street, Hanson, MA 02341, until June 28, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. All Proposals shall be opened and publicly read aloud on June 29, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Requests for Proposals (including instructions, specifications and forms) may be obtained from the Town Administrator’s Office Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, wholly or in part, and to accept any Proposal or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
