HYDRANT FLUSHING

The Water Department will be flushing hydrants today; October 11, 2023 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. on West Washington Street from the intersection of Holmes and West Washington.  Proceeding up West Washington to Spring Street.  Hydrant flushing will include Pennsylvania Avenue and Greengrove Avenue.

Tomorrow; October 12, 2023; we will be flushing Independence Avenue.  Please refrain from doing any laundry during the hours of flushing the hydrants as the water can become discolored and potentially stain laundry.  Also please beware that streets in the general vicinity of  the flushing could also be effected even though we may not be directly on your street.
